MacaneseRecipes is inspired by the Portuguese-Chinese influenced cooking of Macao that also draws on the trading roots and spice trade of Portugal around the world.

This unique cuisine is cooked today in the homes of Macanese families in Macao, Hong Kong and around the world, with many recipes passed though generations.
